Biography:

Marie Franklin is a passionate ocean conservation scientist with a focus on Marine Biology who grew up in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area and was primarily exposed to the ocean and its sea life through family vacations to the beach. She is driven to shine the light on conservation organizations as well as individuals to help grow the message of ocean conservation and help protect the ocean looking for long-term impacts humans have on the sea.
