Biff Rose

I hope I am not out of line in adding a self-protective forward to this archived mini-discussion, for those who may not read this page carefully. My birth name is Steve Espinola and I edit on Wikipedia under the name Sojambi Pinola. In 2005 an internet troll deliberately picked my birth name when he vandalized hundreds of wikipedia pages. Unfortunately, when my name is googled, Wikipedia complaints about this fake "Steve Espinola" still come up, and I still hear about it as a result. So...for the record....the real Steve Espinola didn't commit the crimes.Sojambi Pinola (talk) 00:04, 26 August 2009 (UTC)

It's importnat what we are all doing here, writing and editing the history of our time. That includes the good with the bad. In Biff Rose's case it is clear that the bad is being swept under the rug. I concur that he was a free spirit in the past, and wrote some dynamite songs. But the important thing to remember is that not only do we not live in the past, but that people change. A quick glance at Rose's websites outlays the underlying racism and anti semitic sentiments the man has. He says the things that are attributed to him. And if you accept the theory that this is only theater- well then at least outline in his bio similar instants of said theater, such as the David Duke connotation I have added in.

Willmcw has decided to take Rose's word as gold, but I think upon deeper inspection you will find a bitter angry man who resents people not as white as him. And this should be reported in his bio, as he sings abotu it on his recordings.

I added the above attribution (evidence here[[1]]) as clarification, because I had been under the (perhaps) mistaken impression that these were _your_ words, Marcuse. Some interesting "sockpuppet" coincidences in your page history, including the Willmcw prank[[2]], the timing of your entries, your tendency to rewrite other (or "other") username's comments [[3]], and your writing cadence [[4]]. Hi Marcuse. I see you've run into Sojambi Pinola. don't mind him, he's a buffoon. He is friend of Biff Rose's. They mention each other on their respective web spots. Looks like the two of them are on here basahing other people until they stand alone as edit king. Too bad someone else wrote about Rose's own anti semiticism, and racism. Poor Sojambi has been trying to fix it ever since. The sad thing is, he is so one sided, he has a difficult time persuading others of his NPOV- therefore he lashes out, and you were caught up in the crossfire(evidence here[[5]]) Notice, he's only comparing what he wants you to see. the connection? well there isn't any really, but by creative use of wiki skills he tries to cover his own manipulations by using hanging you up as the villain. It's a rather typical obfuscation tehnique. By accusing every person who posts something that makes an edit to his work, he then marks them as a bad user. It's also reminiscent of those toubling Republican smear tactics of last year- only translated to this site. He's a schmuck. Claims to be latino, then claims to be jewish, then claims to be black, then claims to be white. Next he'll claim to be a woman. He's already claimed to be a few other people, and it was his vandalism of other peoples talk page and of the Rose page itself that got it frozen in the first place. Also of note is his complete inability to sleuth. I would find his "detective" skills humorous if they weren't so evil. good luck, and I bet your singing voice would improve, if only you would practice.Steve Espinola 00:57, 6 September 2005 (UTC)

Your so-called evidence of the crossfire is a link to a user talk page dated BEFORE I even created my account, I don't know how you pulled this off, but it obviously seems like its been fabricated. I haven't the faintest idea why there is such controversy. Granted, the guy is apparently a nut-case. But this goes beyond that. I only became involved when an editor, probably the same one, added Biff Rose to a list of NAMBLA defendants, which was a clear fraud.
