Marc Pereira
[edit]Marc Pereira, born May 29th 1995 is an Australian Footballer who currently plays for the Victorian Premier League club of South Melbourne in Australia. Pereira is known for his superb dribbling skills and his ability to strike at an amazing speed, hence his nickname "The King". Pereira's dream is to one day hit Nick Gajzer in the head with one of his humungous strikes.
Pereira attends his schooling at Kolbe Catholic College in the suburb of Roxburgh Park in the northern area of Melbourne.
Having the skills that he has, Pereira is destined to play proffesional Football, he is yet to be scouted, he has been approached by different a-league clubs in Australia. Pereira has declined all the offers saying that he wants to play in Europe but he states that he will hopefully one day play for the Australian National team.
On the 12th of August 2010, Pereira done the unthinkable and transfered to rival club, Melbourne Knights.
South Melbourne
[edit]Pereira joined the club when he was 10 years old, playing in the under 13s junior league. In his very first game, he booted two goals, one being from outside the box. As the years went by, Pereira got better and better with his skills and as time went by he played in his first seinors match against Melbourne Knights when he was 14 years old, kicking the winning goal with two minutes left to go in the match. He lead his under 15s junior side undefeated in the 2010 season.
Pereira has been a very important player for the club, playing for them his whole life. He's been such an important player that he was named in the junior team of the century playing in the striker position.
He is feared by many clubs in the Victorian Premier League, especially by the Essendon Royals club in the North Western league. Unfortunately they dont play each other but Pereira and Nick Gajzer have made an infamous rivalry between the two, Hence Pereira's dream of knocking out Gajzer with one of his powerful strikes.

- Scores an average of two goals every game.
- Captain of Central City under 15s summer league squad.
