American with significant experience in investment management, not-for-profit governance, and theater design and production.

An experienced financial industry professional, Marc David Broidy is a former member of the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Hospital, a position he held for 11 years. While active, Marc Broidy was involved in multiple successful capital-raising campaigns involving hundreds of millions of dollars.

In addition, he helped bring awareness to the importance of governance among board members. Mr. Broidy regularly attended advancement sponsored events and networking opportunities on behalf of the hospital and was involved in numerous committee assignments.

While still sitting on the hospital’s board, Marc D. Broidy was also a trustee of Pitzer College, where he served as the vice-chair of the audit committee. Over his eight years with the college he was involved in numerous projects, including an opening night celebration of newly constructed, LEED certified, sustainable dorms that included actors Robert Redford and Ed Begley, Jr..

An alumnus of the college, he earned a bachelor of arts in theater in 1995. Mr. Broidy also studied at the Harvard School, and pursued master of fine arts in theater management at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut.
