Vikas Hosamani

Vikas Hosamani is a Kannada critic and essayist from Haveri, Karnataka. He got his master degree in economics from Karnataka University Dharwad. He's the founder and owner of non profit organization Sahitya Ganga Dharwad. He's also working as a secretary for Raghavendra Patil Sahitya Vedike Dharwad.

Vikas Hosamani is known as one of the promising and budding critics of Modern Kannda Literature. He's criticism is influenced by famous Kannada writers Prof. G. S. Amur, Prof. L. S. Sheshagiri Rao, Prof. Keerthinath Kurthakoti and Prof. Shankar Mokashi Punekar.

He's humaros essays are received wide acclaim from readers and critics as well. He's essays are best known for the portrayal of North Karnataka culture and dialect in unique way.
