The Cryptism Art

Cryptism Art is a new school of artistic painting pioneered by Mamadou Ly. It is inspired by the impressionist movement using primary colours, smooth geometric forms and shapes to depict landscapes, seascapes, portraits, objective abstraction, lights, shades, shadows, objects and symbols.

This pioneering school of thought of artistic excellence started by Mamadou Ly took its origins from the early 1990s in London, England (UK)where the precursor of the movement was studying economics before going to Oxford (UK). He was painting these amazing chef d'oeuvres during his leisure time mainly on week end and giving them away to his student colleagues and friends.
