Education She holds a M.A. in Communication for Social Behaviour Change from University of the West Indies and holds a BSC in Industrial Counselling from Northern Caribbean University.

Work Experience She is the owner of Vision Consultancy. She has extensive experience working in the public and private sector of Jamaica and the Caribbean working with several financial and regulatory institutions. She is also a lecturer in entrepreneurship and business development. She specializes in the field of Communication, Business Development and Human Resource Management.

Advocacy She is a women rights activist and an advocate against child abuse. She strongly believes in standing up for those who can't stand up for themselves and is always the voice of the voiceless.

PRESENT AFFILIATIONS   - Director, The Portia Simpson Miller Foundation - Director, The Haile Clacken Bipolar Foundation - Director and Chairman of the Academic Committee at Norman Manley High - Vice President the Jamaica Women’s Political Caucus (a nonpartisan organization to increase the representation of women in the arenas of power and decision- making.)

She is also the mother of a beautiful daughter Stavita Baugh
