Controversy
[edit]On the 14th of May, 2010, Nodine was arrested on drug charges stemming from an incident dating back to December 23, of the previous year, where marijuana was found in his truck. According to local authorities, he is also the only suspect in the murder of his mistress, Angel Downs, whose body was discovered only hours after witnesses say Nodine's county-issued pick-up truck was seen.[3] [4]
On the same day as his arrest, a grand jury brought impeachment charges against him as well.[3]
