I am a PhD student at the University of Colorado in the United States where I study the developmental evolution of female gametophyte development in Piperales. I will begin a postdoctoral fellowship at Texas A&M University Galveston in 2009 where I will study the biogeography of mangrove tree species along the Texas gulf coast. I am also very interested in agriculture and plant biotechnology. I intend to edit pages that fall within my expertise.
