Anti-Gravity Yoga
Anti-gravity yoga is a new type that inspired by traditional yoga, which combines the traditional yoga poses with aerial art, pilates and dance with the use of hammock.[1] Since 1990s, Christpher has been trying to combine with the artistry in his yoga practice.[2] The AntiGravity Hammock acts like a swing which is a structural fabric that is connected from two overhead points.It is said that through of Anti- gravity yoga, it can improve their flexibility and alignment also can develop strength and deep breathing. Deep breathing can help people feel calm which can increases their mental flexibility as well.
This yoga has recently gained popularity as a form of fitness which can achieve a total-body workout in many countries included Canada, Germany, New york, Uk, Italy, Hong Kong, Switzerland, New Mexico, China, India and California.
Anti-Gravity Yoga Hammock
-Anti-gravity yoga require special equipment---Hammock
-Made by silk fiber and act as support system
-Every hammock can load for more than 300 kilos of weight (strong enough to hold a body like elephant)
-The rig consist with three parts: webbing strap, a silk hammock and carabiners
-Both ends of the chains hanging down the ceiling of the room and less than one meter of the ground
