My name is Courtney Maloney. I first created this account in 2015 to begin an article on the Working-Class Studies Association, although that is not the sole purpose of the account. The WCSA article remained a stub with multiple issues until October of 2017, when I expanded it with verifiable sources and references. I've subsequently become aware of the conflict of interest policy, and so I am disclosing here that I am currently a member of the organization's steering committee. The WCSA is a non-profit educational organization and I am not paid to participate in it.

I'm very sorry that I thoughtlessly engaged in this discouraged practice. The article is meant to be educational, not promotional, and I have made every effort to uphold Wikipedia's standards of objectivity, neutral point of view, use of reliable sources, and verifiability. I hope other impartial editors will assess the neutrality of the article's POV, and continue to expand and improve the article.
