Intellectual dilemma of the world! Throwing own dust on others, incompetent are occupying what they indeed don't deserve, arbitrariness and misuse of authorities being result of ex-facie greed, the wrong tendencies of application of incomplete and non-foolproof principles and methods for evaluation of information and in assessment criteria, demanding that which has no intellect to weight and so on. Yes, you have the right to ask me, " Mr. Khan (MH), can u justify all these blames u have spotted universally?". But, I also ask, do u have the courage to ask me any thing about these realities: if u r falling in any area of decision making? I m taking an example: You will find easily, if u search, that some developed countries, especially, the UK- proud in legalism, claim that there legal system is industrialized, will be the answer of every solicitor, barrister, advocate and any body else including their economists but that is wrong, which concept is also blindly followed by all the commonwealth countries including my country, Pakistan. These experts have been misguided by a wrong concept of " Bodies of laws". They wrongly assumed that the different statutes, regulations or classification of laws constituted a body of law. For, example, public laws, private laws or their branches or sub-categories: constitutional law, administrative law and human rights law as public law, and family law, the laws of obligation and business law etc as private law. From this prospective, the experts were wrongly lead to define the legal system as industrialized. And now, very proudly, they claim, as you can see on web sites and read brochures of law firms, chambers and other legal entities, "---we r specialized in human rights law etc or family law etc", Alas! That is division of law and the work they do in practise under those laws is no more than division of work and not division of labour. (Pukh),there is no legal industry in any country of the world so far. Industrialization means division of labour and not work. Division of labour or specialization in legal work means a speciality of the different parts of the body of a case file and those are, learn now, clients dealing including interviewes, drafting of protocols, claim forms and claims and different applications, appeals, petitions etc, responses, recording and trial proceedings likeexamination of witnesses etc and arguments are the parts of body of a case, the speciality of each or of some inter-connected of them will make the system industrialized.
