When I'm not at uni, I live in Hugglescote in North West Leicestershire so I created this article as there were blank links to the North West Leicestershire District Council elections of 1999, 2003 and 2007 in this article .
Between 2010 and 2013, I attended the University of the West of England on the outskirts of Bristol . The uni is technically in the South Gloucestershire unitary authority area and I so worked on improving this article on the 1999 local election and creating one for the 2003 election . Data for both elections can be found here .
I also created this article on Andrew Bridgen who was elected to serve as an MP for my home constituency of North West Leicestershire at the 2010 general election .
I have served as a local councillor since I was 18 years-old, first as a parish councillor from 2011 and latterly as a district councill since 2019.
On 2 May 2019 , I was elected to represent the Norton Canes ward on Cannock Chase District Council as the Labour and Co-operative candidate. I was also elected unopposed to Norton Canes Parish Council on the same day.
On 3 May 2018 , I unsuccessfully stood as the Labour and Co-operative candidate for the Hawks Green ward of Cannock Chase District Council.
On 7 May 2015 , I unsuccessfully stood as the Labour and Co-operative candidate for the Ashby Ivanhoe ward of North West Leicestershire District Council . On the same day, I was elected to serve the Ashby Ivanhoe ward on Ashby-de-la-Zouch Town Council.
On 2 May 2013 , I unsuccessfully stood as the Labour and Co-operative candidate for the Ashby-de-la-Zouch division of Leicestershire County Council .
On 5 May 2011 , I was elected as a parish councillor for the new parish of Hugglescote and Donington le Heath with 545 votes.
