Lynn Lipinski is the executive communications manager for the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers.

Before joining ICANN in 2011, she spent a decade working at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California where she planned and managed the bewaterwise.com conservation campaign, including paid advertising, social media, websites, media relations, sponsorships and printed materials.

She has experience as both a speechwriter and a spokesperson. She held the position of Media Relations Director at the Anderson School of Management at UCLA for four years. Prior to that, she spent five years working for Los Angeles public relations agencies serving a variety of clients. She has served on the boards of the Junior League of Los Angeles and the California Water Awareness Campaign. She earned a bachelor’s in business administration from Loyola Marymount University.
