Ilke Platt: The Namibian Radio and TV Personality
[edit]Ilke was born on the December 12 and her home town is Windhoek.She is also known as Cutie. Ilke started to work as a radio presenter in 2003 at Unam Radio, which is based at the University of Namibia Campus. She then moved to Radio Energy and can currently be heard on NBC National Radio Saturdays at 21H00. Ilke also hosted a youth TV program in 2003 called Wizeni and is currently presenting Tutaleni as well as Good Morning Namibia on a rotational basis. Ilke has furthermore released an album titled Take Your Time.she likes to hang out at home with her family and friends watching movies like all time classic " how Stella got her Groove Back.[1][2]
What she has acomplished so far:
- She graduated in April 2008 at UNAM in BA MEDIA
- : She enrolled nfor Masters at UNAM 2009
- : She Received a full time job in Noverber 2008 as a communications Officer at NBC
- : She had weekend shifts at NAtional Radio
- : She released her debut album (take Your Turn)in April 2009
- : Presenter for the Tutaleni TV show
- : News Anchor on Goood Morning Namibia
- : In the past she was radio announcer at UNAM and Energy
- : She used to host Youth Program called Wizeni on NBC

She hopes to dominate the Corporate World in the near future. Ilke self employed & manages herself. Her entertainment career and chose it and what sets her apart from the rest: There can only be one CUTIE. that`s what sets her apart for many other reasons. Love it because I can be free and do what I feel.

In interests terms her favorite artist is Whitney Houston and a strong believe in freedom of speech and her role model in life is her dear mother. Her motto in life is that you will get rejected in life, keep on trying until you get. Persistence and perseverance pays off...
