[edit]World Peace Prize is a prestigeous prize awarded by the World Peace Prize Awarding Council. The prize is established in Nov 22, 1989 in Washington D.C. This awarding committee is made up of a truly international panel, with representatives from 14 countries from Asia, North America, Europe, Africa and the South Pacific Islands.
