Corvus Mind (also known as "corvus mind/!\" band from Pasig City "/!\" four piece alternative rock band pop/Alternative band from the Philippines. Corvus Is a family name of black bird, like Crows and Ravens. When a 3 eyed raven or 3 feet crow show themselves. It is always a sign for a great things or a tragedy. They serve as a warning and also a Direction. Corvus Mind is whats inside the mind of a messenger of tragedy and good news. In Tagalog "Utak Uwak". From the black bird known to many as the crow which is considered to be among the most intelligent animal in the world, Corvus Mind as a band’s name embodied their simple goal: to bravely create a new Manila Sound. Since early of 2017 this year Philip decided to go back to his first love music, aiming to add a new flavor to rock music. Philip, on vocals and bass, began developing his musical skills while listening to Eraserheads in downtown Pasig while John incorporated his guitar playing with powerful melodic attack. January of 2017, he finally decided to be part of Corvus Mind to create music with Philip. This October of 2019, after several auditions for a drummer, Romeo Valdez also, from Pasig, had the skills enough to complete Philip and John’s genre- alternative rock music. Their new single Dahilan will soon be an additional listening to your playlist. With these and more regular bar shows around the Metro, and soon out of town, Corvus Mind has ever been more passionate in honing their craft to continue and achieve their new embarked mission.
