There is a wide-spread myth on wikipedia that only Admins are good enough to become members of the ArbCom. Non-Admins are not to be trusted, they unpredictable, loose cannons and in general not experienced enough. Unfortunately even the writers of the so called "guides" for voters spread this myth.

Let's do some basic math. There are millions Wikipedia editors, who contribute and create Wikipedia and there are only 782 admins. Do we really want to restrict the ArbCom to only 0,01% or 0,001% of all wikipedians who happen to be Admins? I think that's neither fair not very smart.

Regarding my alleged inexperience, I can only say that's not true. Just because I am not an admin, it does not mean that I am inexperienced. I edit wikipedia for more than 3 years, I have, I believe, improved countless articles. I have created 245 new articles (and btw none of them had problems with copyrights issues like sometimes happen to very "experienced" admins...) and I am also an active member of three WikiProjects. There we usually build consensus and sometimes resolve disputes which inevitably arise. We are quite successful in doing that.

You have probably already read my statement, you can also read my answers to the questions I was asked. If you have further questions please don't hesitate to ask me. If you don't like my ideas and proposals, oppose me. If you like them, consider supporting me.

But please don't oppose me just because "I am not an admin".
