Shrill Mist(Nepali:श्रील मिस्ट) (trans:सघन तुवाँलो) is a Nepali novel written by Ram Krishna Bantawa and published in 2008 by Asia 200 Ltd. [1][2] .
This novel is originally titled Saghan Tuwanlo (Nepali:साघन तुवाँलो) in Nepali, has been translated into English by Nara Devi Rai.
Synopsis
[edit]The book is a female-centered novel. The main character of this novel is the mother, while the supporting characters include Purnima, Vijay, Malati, Dinesh, Gita, DSP Raj, Inspector Jagat, and Bagabir. In this novel, there is a noticeable emphasis on class-based characters compared to individual characters.His novel focuses on the courage, love and injustice of two womens.The novel spans the period from Nepal's first constitution in 1846 to the murder of King Birendra in 2001.[3]
