I am an Art History graduate who also learned Museum Studies and Paper Conservation as part of his course at Camberwell School of Art.

I live near London and regularly visit London galleries, especially the small independent galleries showcasing contemporary art work.

I have not been able to find accurate up-to-date information on the most recent works by well-known, living contemporary artists and intend to update their pages (where allowed) with missing content and create my own pages to detail some of those works.

I also intend to post pages on the more esoteric aspects of the London Art Scene, such as charity auctions and (where of interest) private views.

I hope that, by keeping all the information accurate and taking only what is already in the public domain, I can create a useful service without infringing on anyone's copyright.

I am independent of all the artists and will try never to write subjectively about their work - I don't think that there would be much value in a page which suggested that Jeremy Deller was better than Damien Hirst (or vice versa), for example. For the purposes of my updates here, all art is regarded as equally valid.
