Jin-Song Chung is an 8th degree Korean Taekwondo martial arts grandmaster living in Carrollton, Texas. He held the title of national TaeKwonDo champion in South Korea for five years in a row,[citation needed] and later immigrated to the United States. There he was helped by Roy Kurban and others to establish his own martial arts school in North Dallas.
Chung held positions in the Texas chapter of USA Taekwondo (formerly the U.S. TaeKwonDo Union). In April 2012, Master Chung was appointed as the third president of the United States Taekwondo Grandmasters Society (USTGS), sanctioned by Kukkiwon.
Chung also holds a 6th dan in Hapkido.
