Clemens Kashuupulwa
[edit]Since 1993 Clemens has represented the Okatana Constituency as a Regional Councillor.
Since 1999 the Oshana Regional Governor has been Clemens Kashuupulwa.
Since 1997 Kashuupulwa has been a member of the SWAPO Committie.
