Salford Ladies FC new article content ... Salford Ladies Football Club are an amateur associated football club located in the city of Salford in the county of Greater Manchester,UK.

They are based at Salford Sports Village, Littleton Road, Salford also the home to Manchester FA. Salford Ladies FC compete in the Northern Women's Combination Football League having gained promotion from the North West Women's Regional League in 2006/07.

Salford Ladies FC have an additional team who play under the name of Salford Ladies Blues in the first division of the Lancashire County Women's Football League. Both teams are made up of players from the age of sixteen.

The Northern Women's Combination Football League in which Salford Ladies FC compete is in the third tier of the Women's Football Pyramid in England. The Lancashire County Women's Football League is also incorporated in the Women's Football Pyramid at tiers six and seven.
