DEAD MAN OF LESLIE COUNTY.

If you live near leslie county you know about dead man. It’s said that if you’re driving from the parkway towards Leslie County you will see dead man. He is on a bike with no lights and as you’re about to hit him, he will disappear. It’s believed that dead man was actually Clevis Howard, who was hit by a car in 1963 while riding his bike with no lights, they never found out who hit dead man so he roams the roads late at night, every night, to get revenge for his death. His bike is still missing to this day and people say if you burn his bike he’ll disappear forever but there has been many searches for his lost bike and no one has been able to.
