Jose Aliaga is Jose Aliaga was born in 1977 in Lima, Peru. His father was a Peruvian policeman. Julia Ramirez Ruiz de Aliaga, his mother, is a decendent of the Peruvian inventor Pedro Ruiz Gallo. Mr. Aliaga graduated from Hno. Anselmo Maria High School in 1994. After his 2000 move from Peru, he chose to live in the USA, where he completed his Associate Degree in Liberal Arts at Oakland Community College. He then attended the University of Michigan's Bachelor of Political Science program. He later worked as the President of Aliaga Development and Consulting LLC, as corporate executive and consultant. In April 2009 he founded the Aliaga Foundation, helping to improve life and promoting education, health care and good environment in Latino-America. www.aliagafoundation.org
Jose Aliaga is pro education for Latin America. He works with many Latin American universities to establish relationships with American universities. =====================================

Taught Spanish to students from second grade to seventh grade in a private grade school. Assisted and taught students with reading, writing, speaking and comprehension of the Spanish Language.
Oct. 2006 – Present Aliaga Development & Consulting – International Consultant
International business consultant helping companies in the United States to establish business relations with companies in South America. Working with Peruvian and American Universities to help establish letters to agreement to promote the cultural exchange of international students. Working with political groups and committees to establish mutual understandings and relationships between diverging cultures.

Kirksey. -2005 Award from Pachacamac city, ( Peru) -2006 Ilustre Citizen of Cuzco, by regional President Cuaresma.
2007 Awarded an Honorary Doctorate degree for environmentalism from Villarreal University, Peru.
2007 Special Recognition from U.S. Congressman – April 2007. From Congressman Thaddeuos McCotter for helping the Hispanic Community in southeastern Michigan.
2008 Detroit Red Wings hockey team, USA National Champions 08 - Honorary Red Wing Player. Mr. Aliaga was the first Latino in the USA to receive this honor.
-2009 Special Recognition from Canadian Congressman (INSERT NAME) – June 2009. For helping protecting the world environment.
-2009 Special Recognition from the Mayor of Huancayo, Peru for protecting the environment, bringing technology that can help protect the Andes. He also received the honor, “ Visitante Distinguido”.
