1. Reverting obvious vandalism is the easiest thing on Wikimedia projects, be alerted when you got addicted to it. This will make it easier for you to get caught up in short-term pleasure.
2. Find a vandal? AIV and UAA are the most rapid ways for sysops to take actions, ANI is slower, SPI process is heavily backlogged. Get in the right queue will save time.

14. Many new users come here with only one purpose, self-promotion, and then are kicked out. The other part of them comes here as a playground, makes disruptive edits, and then gets blocked. However, I'm still looking forward to seeking new people with willingness to learn and cultivate their editing skills.

15. I've seen many new users who are at a loss after being blocked. Applying to be unblocked immediately often does not work well. Ranting will embarrass yourself even more. Please try to use Standard Offer.
16. There are also some users who are genuinely well-intentioned but really, really need more competence, so maybe they can come back in a few years.
17. Try to solve issues at the lowest level. Escalating issues will often cause more problems. If it can be solved through communication, please don't go to DRN.
