[edit]Topic overhaul: Constitutional theory, comparative constitutional law, constitutionalism
[edit]- /Structural constitution (sub-article for organizational law/structural law (compare de:Staatsorganisationsrecht); see also procedural law and laws conferring powers)
→ perhaps what is there now would be more appropriately moved to a page called "branches of government"? That way, separation of powers could focus more on the principle/rule/theory.
