I'm a native Chicagoan, transplanted to New York City. I've been working in the image licensing business for 17 years. I worked at the Chicago History Museum (formerly the Chicago Historical Society) from 1990 to 1996. I moved to NY and began work at Corbis, in the Bettmann Archive and United Press International library (UPI). I've worked with the Westlight, Digital Stock, Outline, Sygma, Saba Press, and Stock Market collections as they were added to the Corbis offering.
I'm currently working at Getty Images as Archive Sales Director and am current national president of the American Society of Picture Professionals (ASPP). Working at Getty Images has given me access to the Hulton Picture Library, the Time-Life picture collection, the Weegee collection at the International Center of Photography (ICP), Slim Aarons and Arnold Newman archives, and most recently the Michael Ochs Archives.
