Larry Seidlitz, Ph.D., is a faculty member of the Sri Aurobindo Centre for Advanced Research, Pondicherry, India, which offers online courses of study on the thought of Sri Aurobindo. He is the author of Transforming Lives: An Introduction to Sri Aurobindo's Integral Yoga. He is also editor of a journal on Sri Aurobindo's Integral Yoga called Collaboration. In 2012-2013 he was on the editorial staff of Auroville Today, Auroville's monthly news magazine. He is also a free-lance editor, and has edited several books related to Sri Aurobindo's teachings for other authors. He is currently conducting a research project on the Integral Yoga in collaboration with the Indian Psychology Institute, Pondicherry. Previously, Larry Seidlitz was an Assistant Professor and researcher in psychiatry and psychology at The University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, NY, USA. He received his doctoral degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1993.
