Joshua Tyler Huie, known professionally as Clever, is an American singer, songwriter, rapper, musician, and record producer. He has been a featured artist on singles by Justin Bieber, Post Malone, and Juice WRLD and has recorded with Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, and Lil Baby, among others.[1][2]

Early Life
[edit]Joshua Tyler Huie was born in Gadsden, Alabama. He began writing poetry at 13 (11?) years old and transitioned into hip-hop music. He attended Emma Sansom High School where he excelled in sports and had planned on pursuing baseball professionally but decided to pursue a music career, instead.[10] At 16 (13?) years of age he was part of a radio segment where he would freestyle battle callers live on the air.[11]
