Hello,

I was born in 1971 in Belgium, where I still live.

My mother language is French, but I am also fluent in English and Italian, and is currently improving my Dutch as I work in a Flemish company.

I am trained as an engineer; I have (too?) many years of experience in telecommunications - I currently work as a technical manager for a small telecom operator.

My interests are:

• Cinema (Stanley Kubrick, Taviani Brothers, Cohen Brothers, Peter Weir, Chris Marker)
• Literature (favorites authors include Paul Auster, Andrea Camilleri, Alberto Moravia, Arto Paasilinna, Arthur Koestler, Stefan Zweig)
• Environmental issues and solutions
• Badminton
• Photography (proud owner of a Nikon D-80)
• Music
• Telecommunications (IP Networks used to be my area of - limited - expertise)
• Eating, drinking and cooking (too rarely)

I don't contribute a lot to Wikipedia; what I usually do is:

• adding or correcting links between articles in different languages, fixing redirections
• fixing blatant typos

Some day I might write an article. I'm still trying to find a topic.
