Roy Wilkins Center for Human Relations and Social Justice is a research center based in the University of Minnesota's Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs. The center was named and created to honor Roy Wilkins, the late civil rights activist who served as Executive Secretary of the NAACP and was an alumnus of the University.

Throughout its nearly 20 year history, the Wilkins Center has been a research center "dedicated to finding racial and ethnic inequality solutions".
