Q1 was developed as the tallest building in the southern hemispere. It sits in Surfers Paradise on Queensland's Gold Coast, along the tourist strip. 80 floors tall with shopping at ground level, living/accommodation above, with a viewing deck which is open to the public. Building was started in 2002 and completed in 2005.
