Kurtis-Jay CASTLE Cert.HE MCMI is the Founder & CEO for Youth Enterprise Academy
He is the youngest son of Fay & Alan Castle whom also as two further sons know as Wayne and Shane the oldest. Fay & Alan first born was Shane in 1973 followed by Wayne in 1978 than there was Kurtis-Jay in 1989. Also both of his grandparents on his mum’s side and his Nan Castle had passed away, however his granddad Castle passed away before his birth in August 1980.
History
Kurtis has served in the Armed Forces for a number of years, which for many is a great achievement in its self.
He continues serving as a reservist, during his time he has learnt a lot about building teams and the skills needed to active great things in life. In fact, he is a proud member of the Chartered Management Institute and a former member of the International Association of Bookkeepers, although his membership has lapsed for the time being.
Aside from that he has been lucky enough to manage a number of projects/businesses from both inside and outside of the forces and holds a certificate of higher education in business management. He continues to study towards a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management Studies.
Kurtis-Jay's is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the academy, working closely with his team to ensure the academy meets its financial and operational targets. He is responsible to build new or stronger relationships with other youth organisation, schools.Nottinghamshire
