Myra Morris (15 May 1893 - 18 August 1966) was an Australian novelist and poet who gained a high level of popularity in the first half of the 20th century. Between 1918 and 1947 Morris had four novels, a collection of short stories, and two poetry collections published. Throughout her life she published creative writing in magazines and newspapers, principally The Bulletin and the Home. Her short stories were especially highly regarded. [1]
