Blabbering
[edit]Being licensed doesn't make a series notable but it does help. To make a far fetched analogy with paper RPG more a series is licensed and more times you can roll the dices but it doesn't guaranty that it will score enough hits to make it notable.
My worries comes from the fact that the infobox change may reinforce the ill idea that "Not licensed in English = Not notable" and a potential increase of Prod because of people over reliance on infobox for quick assessment. A possible solution would be to indicate the number of translated language with a redirect to the article media sub-section giving the breakout in prose form.
