Sept 2023...I've returned briefly in 2023 only to encounter the same problematic behavior from overly enthusiastic Wikipedia editors. I've observed an increasing amount of ideological tribalism seeping into Wikipedia, even in articles that aren't politically oriented. See ya later for now.
"Science and technology revolutionize our lives, but memory, tradition, and myth frame our response." ― Arthur Schlesinger Jr.
Dec 2021... After experiencing a strong partisan attitude of some contributors and admins on WP, that -- wretchedly for me -- left a bitter feeling of resentment as well as resulted in my questioning the objectivity, fair-mindedness, and actual condor of WP, I am taking some time OFF.
“Because when there is true equality, resentment does not exist.” ― Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie
And...the art below describes my experience with WP so far.
But...Ok...What am I working on or have worked on?
- I got involved with AfD (mostly with WP:DSFILM) in 2020/2021.
