Køksal Ayhan (born 01 February 1978) studies the Master programme in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at BI Norwegian School of Management. Køksal is writing his Master's thesis together with Helge Søvde in collaboration with Statkraft. The preliminary research question is "To what extent should Statkraft assert control of local development to optimize sustainable value creation, and what are the barriers to knowledge transfer?" (tbc). The research will be based on data gathered from the recent investment Statkraft has made in Turkey.

Next to his studies Køksal works at MobileSupporter and plays football for Fossum IF. Køksal is also the president of the Turkish Youth Association of Norway.
