The Giraffe Heroes Project
[edit]The Giraffe Heroes Project is a nonprofit organization that spreads the stories of brave individuals who stick their necks out for the common good. [1] The Project was founded by Ann Medlock in 1984 [2] and is headquartered in Langley, Washington. [3] The Project has now named more than 1,000 Giraffes whose inspiring stories are told through elementary education, books, speaking engagements, and online communication. [2]
