News is a program which runs on weekdays at 8.30pm since January 2017. The show now broadcasts weekdays for 90 minutes. Between 1984 and 1989, this version of the program ran for 45 minutes, and between 1989 and 2016, a 27-year period, it ran for 60 minutes. It is on Mondays to Fridays each year, and sometimes can air on at Easter and Christmas. It has first began on Monday 2nd January 1984. It has been on since.
