In the article I was assigned, "Commodification of nature," I plan to add input from Bill McKibben's, A World at War. The idea of seeing climate change through a militarist perspective and addressing it with corresponding strategies should be an interesting and relevant standpoint to add. I will also be editing grammatical errors as well as sentence flow.

Problematic Consequences
Environmental activist Bill McKibben’s suggests that the solution to climate change and the way to deal with its commodification is to mobilize against it using tactics usually saved for war. McKibben’s refers to previous instances of nationwide unification like the war on drugs, cancer, poverty etc. as times of focus and concentrated efforts to make progress. Using the threat of global warming as a comparison to a world war, McKibben’s assesses the necessity of dealing with present day concerns instead of following through with previous actions of waiting until intervention is undeniably necessary but severely handicapped. Technology and solidarity are attributed to be large factors in seeing his idea make an impact. Opposition to following a plan of action mostly stems from industrial forces that operate in the profit making portion of the commodification of nature.
