The Daniel L. Ritchie Center is the home of athletics for the University of Denver. There are seventeen programs for the Pioneers and the Ritchie Center is what serves as their home. The Ritchie Center is 440,000 square ft and costs 84 million dollars to construct.[1]
The Ritche Center has two new features that make it even better than it use to be. Now it has anew weight room located under the new soccer stadium. The new weight room has all the newest weighttraining facilities as well as a 65 yard area in the middle to run on. The weight room is 10,000 square ft big. The new soccer stadium allows games to be viewed in a much easier way than they use to. It holds up to 2000 people and is a major upgrade to what the Pioneers had before it was created.[2] These new features add to all the features of the Ritchie Center and make it an incredible place with all the latest advances in technology.
