Elevation Burger Elevation Burger is hamburger restaurant in Falls Church, Virginia serving organic burgers and fries cooked in olive oil. Saveur Magazine credits them with being the first organic hamburger restaurant in the country. Elevation Burger was founded in September of 2005 by Hans Hess, who is also the founder of enviroCAB, which operates in the neighboring town of Arlington, Virginia. Elevation Burger currently has seven locations mostly on the East coast and Texas.
