SR Cloud
[edit]SR Cloud is a web based software suite that allows the verification of data capture from Teleform batches via a web browser.
Basic Features
[edit]- Security Model
- Access is only available to permitted users and security groups define the level of permissions and functions that a user has within the :system.
- e.g. Administrator, Supervisor, Basic User
- User Group Permissions
- User groups can be created within SRCloud to define and distribute access to different processes or workflows. Users can then be given different security access to different areas as required.
- e.g. a Finance Group could be set up to give members “Supervisor” level permissions to an invoice process but only “Basic User” :permissions to a HR process.
- Batch Verification
- Batches can be verified either using the “Process next Batch” function or by selecting from the “Batch List” screen. Batch information is :clearly displayed with batch number, pages remaining, fields remaining and fields lists clearly accessible.
- Designed to be familiar to existing verifier operators the interface also separates out the form fields from virtual fields to simplify :the screen. There is also the option to easily view other pages in the form in order to assist verification.
- Field / Form Escalation
- Whilst verifying an individual field or the entire form may be escalated to a higher level user in order handle issues such as bypassing :field validations that a user may not have permissions to do.
- Batch Process customisation (Workflow)
- Batch processes can be easily customised and configured using a simple GUI interface. Process tasks such as Audit, QC or export can be :‘dragged’ to create a specific workflow. Batches can then be assigned to utilise the relevant workflow.
- User Group Permissions*Batch Audit
- Once a batch has been successfully verified it becomes available for “Batch Audit”. This enables a secondary user, with the correct :permissions, to review all fields that a verifier has checked and ensure data quality.
- Batch QC
- At any a batch may be QC’d. This process allows for the correction of ‘Unclassified’ forms, incorrect page linking and :unclassify/reclassify options.
- Field Change Audit
- All field views within either Batch Verification or Batch Audit are logged and tracked. This gives the ability to view all field changes :within the system giving start / end values, user, date/time and IP address information for better compliance.
- Batch Status Audit
- The batch status records each state within a workflow process for a batch and allows the review of this information helping identify :bottlenecks and process issues.
- Error Logging
- Teleform Compatibility
- SRCloud is compatible with all editions of HP Teleform: Desktop; Workgroup and Enterprise. It has been certified against v10.7 and :upwards.
- The SRCloud integration service automatically manages the dissemination of batches and batch information (e.g. locking) between SRCloud :and Teleform. Teleform batches are available in both systems at the same time with batch numbers consistent throughout
Dependencies
[edit]MS Internet Information Services (IISv) is required to run the SRCloud.
MS SQL Server Instance ( MS SQL v) must be installed and working prior to installation.
Autonomy TeleForm™ (Teleform v10.7 and above) must be installed and configured prior to SRCloud installation. Earlier / alternative browsers may be compatible but result in reduced functionality or user experience.
