The mission of Readergirlz is to advocate for literacy among teen girls. Readergirlz hosts authors monthly for an exchange with teens and administers special literacy projects, including the support of Teen Read Week, the third week of October, and Support Teen Literature Day in April.

Operation Teen Book Drop (TBD) [2] Publisher donated 8,000 YA books are garnered for underserved teens.
