Greetings! I am KingLucarius, though I'm also referred to as Lucarius, KL or Michael, if you prefer. I am an enthusiast and major in meteorology and related statistics, and am currently pursuing it as a career path. The first tropical cyclone I ever tracked was Tropical Storm Arlene of the historic 2017 Atlantic hurricane season, and have been actively tracking them since that point in all seven basins (in addition to the two "unofficial" ones). Some notable weather phenomena I've observed in firsthand was the March 2019 Bomb cyclone, otherwise known as "Winter Storm Ulmer" by some, the record-breaking cold wave related to Typhoon Nuri's extratropical remnant and the Marshall Fire of 2021. Despite me having been a user here since 2018, I am only now beginning to become familiar with Wikipedia and it's editing norms, standards and tools but I look forward to continuing to make contributions here and there when and where I am able! With that said, it may not be very detailed or spectacular, but feel free to take a look at my profile, sandbox(es) and other things!
