Normally I would declare no consensus. However, sometimes people have overriding arguments (like they have found a conclusive source, or alternately discover that the page is a copyvio). Also, sometimes people edit the page and improve it during the course of a debate. In that case, earlier (non-updated) opinions might need to be discounted. --Kim Bruning 02:44, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
