I'm Keith Scott, an engineer at the MITRE corporation in McLean, VA. My research interests include Delay Tolerant Networking (DTN), mobile ad-hoc networks, and communications in stressed environments. I am a member of the [dtn research group] and chair the CCSDS Space Internetworking Systems Delay/Disruption Tolerant Networking working group.
