I have 13 years of swimming experience. I have swam on club teams, school teams, and I have a job as a lifeguard. I was coached by one of the most known high-school coach in Indiana. I swam with some of the states top swimmers. My father, who is just getting into swimming, now in his mid-50's and uses the total immersion technique. He went to a "swim camp" where he was trained using the total immersion techniques. He also lent me the book on toal immersion by Terry Laughlin.
