The State of East Indonesia (Indonesian: Negara Indonesia Timur, NIT) was a state in present-day Indonesia which existed from 1946 to 1950. It was founded as a puppet state of the Netherlands following the Malino Conference and became a constituent country of the United States of Indonesia after the Dutch–Indonesian Round Table Conference in 1949.

The prime minister of the State of East Indonesia (Indonesian: Perdana Menteri Negara Indonesia Timur) was the head of government of the State of East Indonesia (NIT) which existed from 1946 until 1950, when the state was dissolved into the Republic of Indonesia.

The 2020 Manado mayoral election was held on 9 December 2020 to elect both the mayor and vice-mayor of Manado as part of local elections across Indonesia. The pair of Andrei Angouw and Richard Sualang of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) were elected mayor and vice-mayor respectively, receiving 36.74% of the vote.
